1. Intellectual property

1.1. The Me You Us and its additional materials (hereinafter referred to as “content”) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
1.2. All content is the exclusive property of Vivian Muller and is licensed for individual, non-commercial use by the purchaser only.
1.3. Reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, or sharing of the content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. License to use

2.1. The purchase of the content grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the content for individual purposes.
2.2. The buyer is not authorized to:

Share the download links or the files purchased with third parties.
Sublicense, sell, or commercialize the content in any way.
Modify or create derivative works from the original content.

3. Download and access

3.1. Download links will be provided via Google Drive after payment is completed.
3.2. The buyer is responsible for:

Ensuring internet access to download.
Using compatible devices and software, such as PDF readers.

3.3. The links will be available for access for 1 year.

4. Use of extra content

4.1. Bonus materials provided in the Full Plan and all updates and additions follow the same rights and restrictions of use described in these Terms of Use.
4.2. Any inappropriate use of bonus materials will be treated as a violation of the terms.

5. Warranties and responsibilities

5.1. The content is provided “as is” and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only.
5.2. There are no guarantees of specific results or suitability for any individual purpose.
5.3. The author or beneficiaries of the financial results are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the content.

6. Privacy and personal data

6.1. All information provided during the purchase will be used exclusively to process the order and grant access to the content.
6.2. No personal data will be shared or used for purposes unrelated to the purchase, except as required by law.

7. Change of Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, with immediate effect upon publication on the website.
7.2. We recommend that the buyer periodically review the Terms of Use to be aware of any changes.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law

8.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil, São Paulo.
8.2. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
