Cancellation and refund request

Right to cancellation and refund

According to our cancellation policy, you have up to seven (7) calendar days after the date of purchase to request cancellation and refund of the amount paid. This period is in accordance with international standards for digital products.

How to request cancellation

To begin the cancellation process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to our support team at: finance@myucouple.store.
  2. In the email, please include:
    – Your full name.
    – The order number or purchase receipt.
    – The date of purchase.
    – The reason for cancellation (optional).

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt and proceed with the refund process.

Deadlines for refunds

  • The amount paid will be refunded within 10 business days after confirmation of the request.
  • The refund will be processed by Stripe, the platform used to process payments.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming that the cancellation has been completed and that the refund has been made.

Late requests

If the cancellation request is sent after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, it will be analyzed, but there will be no financial refund, as the legal period for refunding the amount will have already expired.

Important notes

  • Since the product you purchased is digital, it remains available to you even after you request cancellation.
  • Be sure to review our cancellation policy before making your purchase.
